At Völkl Tennis, we are committed to your performance on the court and offer a 30-day return window for unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that customized items, such as rackets with custom stringing, are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused tennis gear in its original box, ensuring all tags are attached and protective plastic is still on the racket handles.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
